Out For Lunch at Lucy's Cafe (April 5, 2008)

What You Will Need:
Black Eyeliner
Black Mascara
Light Blue Eyeshadow
White Eyeshadow
Soft Pink Blush
Light Pink Lipgloss
Liquid Foundation
Powder Foundation
Steps:
001. Start off with a liquid foundation. Make sure it doubles as a moisturizer! If not, put lotion on your face first. Then set it off with a powder foundation.
002. For your eyeliner, apply a thin line to your top lip. Then draw a thing line underneath your eye, to the outer rims of your eyes.
003. To your inner eye, apply a white shadow. Then to the rest of your lid, gently dust on a light blue shadow. Don't go past your crease. Then blend it all out to make it look natural.
004. Curl your eyelashes, then apply a few coats of mascara.
005. Apply a soft pink blush to the apples of your cheeks for a hint of color.
006. Put on a quick coat of gloss, and you're done!
